Sweet Chili Beetroot Relish by 362 Grillhouse
Beetroot is what us kiwis call 'beets' and this sweet and tangy beet relish is the bomb and our retailers are telling us this is going to be right on trend in 2020.
Great on a cheese board, with lamb or create your own beetroot burger (yep, totally a kiwi thing. Don't knock it 'til you've tried it!).
Our favorite way to use this relish is to make kumara scones (sweet potato biscuits) and top them with crème fraiche and a dollop of sweet chili beet relish.
