Orange and Cinnamon Pancake and Waffle Mix (Gluten Free) by Sway

Orange and Cinnamon is such a great flavor combo and we've made it easy for you to whip up gourmet gluten-free pancakes, waffles and other baked treats with our baking mix made with organic rice flour, tapioca flour, potato flour, ground almonds and corn meal. This mix is also a fabulous base for gluten-free cakes, muffins and galettes and it's easy to get creative. Add pumpkin for a fall weekend breakfast, make delicious gluten-free pie crusts by adding cold butter and iced water to the dry mix or add molassas, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, all spice and ginger to make an incredible pumpkin spiced ginger loaf. The dry mixes are dairy free and vegan - just add alternative milks and oil to the dry mix. No preservatives, colors or artificial anything. We use organic ingredients when we can.
