The Onion Balsamic Marmalata was one of Wild Country's original flavors and for 22 years it has been their #1 seller. Loved in New Zealand, Denmark and sold in bulk to a specialty baker in Singapore who uses it in their signature steak sandwich.

Marmalata is the Italian word for jam or marmalade. This is a bold onion savory-sweet jam and it's amazing with cheeses or meats. Great as a pizza base or on a burger. Can be rolled into scrolls and home made breads.

Quick Meal Idea: Peel and half 4 carrots and 4 parsnips. Toss veggies lightly in oil and roast until soft (about 30 minutes at 350F). Just before serving toss the vegetables with a tablespoon or two of Onion Balsamic Marmalata. Delicious!

Quick Appetizer Idea: Place circles of frozen puff pastry in greased cupcake tins, cook until golden. Fill with feta cheese and onion balsamic marmalata.
