That's why we never expose our honey to high heat or aggressive filtering so that we don't damage the honey's pollen and natural goodness. We never add water, sugar syrup or chemicals. The bees are free in the wild and are not exposed to orchard pesticides, commercial farming or GMO crops. Tahi is one of the few companies that test for these nasty chemicals to ensure that they always come up clean.
