Grass Fed Ghee

Made from New Zealand grass-fed cow milk which has been cooked down until all the milk solids have been removed, leaving the clarified butter.

Ghee is an excellent butter alternative for the lactose intolerant and much healthier than processed margarine. It's rich in butyric acid, a short chain fatty acid.

With a high smoke point and great buttery taste, ghee is fantastic for high heat cooking.
