Make delicious Chocolate Orange gluten free muffins with an easy baking mix made with organic rice flour, ground almonds, organic cocoa and orange zest. You can even make them dairy free if you choose to use an alternative milk when baking.
The dry mix is versatile working beautifully for a range of delicious chocolatey orange goods. Get creative by popping in frozen berries or seasonal fruit (cherries are amazing in this mix).
To bake a gluten-free cake, add two mashed bananas, plain yogurt instead of milk and a pinch of baking soda. Bake at 300 F for about 50 minutes and cool before removing from pan.
For an egg and gluten free chocolate and plum cobbler, just add 1 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup melted butter to the dry mix. Place 2 cups of plum halves along the bottom of a greased baking dish, pour muffin batter on top and bake at 330 F degrees for 1 hour. Serve with vanilla ice cream. Yum!!
