The honey is mild, sweet and creamy. A mix of native New Zealand flowers, including, manuka, kanuka, rawarewa and pohutukawa. The bees forage freely in remote locations so that they are not exposed to pesticides. We test each batch for pesticides to ensure our honey is pure.
