For shipping outside the USA please go here.

Orders of value US $35 and over are shipped within the Continental USA for free. Orders under $35 are charged $7.50 flat rate for shipping.

Orders are typically shipped within one (1) business days. Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in two (2) to four (4) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. However shipping to some regions may take longer.

Orders in the Continental USA are be shipped via either USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground at the discretion of warehouse team at The Kiwi Importer. 

We do not ship on public holidays.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and you are able to receive your package. We cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or packages to be left unattended for unreasonable periods of time.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. You will be notified by email if we have been notified about a delay. You will receive an email when we have received confirmation of delivery. If you have received the delivery notice but not your package please contact us immediately.

Return Information

We want your shopping experience at The Kiwi Importer to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible.

We accept returns for refund for non-final sale items up to 30 days from the date your order was scanned as delivered (or estimated delivery date if a scan is not available)

Upon receipt of return and inspection, refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit (Kiwi Credit) if that is your preference.

Returns must be in new (unopened) condition.

Original and return shipping is only at our cost if the item is damaged or faulty. Return shipping is at your cost if the return reason is a change of mind.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.

 

How Do I Make A Return?

 You may ship back your return with an insured and traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We recommend obtaining a receipt for all shipments and keeping it for your records.

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method.

If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier may be deducted from the refund as well as up to a 20% restocking fee.

We email you a shipping notification with tracking information when your order has shipped, and a delivery notification when your package has been scanned as delivered by the carrier. If you make a claim for non delivery of the package, but the carrier has scanned as delivered, we will initiate an investigation. Mail theft is a felony and we treat it seriously. We may request proof of address and identity in order to file with appropriate authorities.
